Can retain, store a variety of parts hardening process parameters, record a variety of production data for future reference or online printing;
The minimum/maximum limit value can be set in advance, the energy value actually transmitted to the workpiece during the heating process can be controlled (only for the control of the heat treatment process), and there is a clear fault information display system on the industrial computer display. The time, power supply, voltage and energy values can be set separately, and various heating parameters are displayed at the same time, I .e. relevant data;
Increase the service life record of the inductor, the current processing times of the inductor are displayed in real time, when the inductor needs to be replaced, the current usage times of the inductor are written into the database as the final life, and the user enters the number of the newly replaced inductor, and the system starts recording from 0;
Increase product quantity statistics, I .e. annual output, monthly output, shift output and quantity of nonconforming products, and consider the records of different products when recording;
Parameters can be taught to achieve the upper and lower limits of the curve set;
The calibration interface is separated from the setting interface, or the user authority is used to distinguish it, so as to prevent the operator from changing the calibration value at will;
